• Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) ProgramThis program from the federal government offers up to $5,000 in rebates for replacing an old furnace or air conditioner with a high-efficiency system. It's available to homeowners in Ontario who heat their homes with Enbridge Gas and runs from July 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024. 

 The OESP will reduce the cost of your household electricity by applying a monthly credit directly to your bill. 

 The Oil to Heat Pump Affordability (OHPA) program helps homeowners who are currently heating their homes with oil, transition to eligible electric heat pump systems. Making the switch can help you save thousands of dollars on your heating bills every year and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. 

The Canada Greener Homes Loan offers interest-free financing to help Canadians make their homes more energy efficient and comfortable.

The loan can help you finance eligible retrofits that are recommended by an energy advisor and that have not yet been started.
